About the opportunity: The OMNI TV Scholarship Program invests in talented students pursuing post-secondary studies in a journalism-related field and are interested in careers in ethnic and third-language journalism, providing them with financial support.

Amount: $1,000 - $5,000

Deadline: May 14, 2026 1pm

Eligibility:

  • are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada as of the application date.

  • are planning to start or continue full-time studies in your bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, graduate certificate, or diploma program in a journalism-related field.

  • are planning to pursue a career in ethnic and third-language journalism.
